They took 2 payments out of my checking account and now I have to wait for them to refund my money when I did not give him permission to take 2 payments because of your system was messed up They are really unprofessional why do I have to wait to get my money because your system messed up

Ada was great helped me through a lot of paperwork. My one question is if you have great credit. Never been late with mortage why all the paperwork. Took me 3 months to do this and without ada it wouldn’t have happened. She was very knowledgeable. And helpful

My mortgage servicing was transferred to these sleaze bags and I've not had one trouble free transaction. They make numerous mistakes and make up rules as they go along. They are unpleasant, unresponsive and unconcerned with you as their customer. Do everything you can to stay away. And to you NewRez...apologizing here only after you've been publicly trashed doesn't make up for your horrible customer service.

This was a very mixed experience for me. Some parts of the transaction function very well such as the ability to send documents electronically . my loan processor, Ada Wisniewski Was superb and kept me sane when other parts of the company such as underwriting took an inordinate amount of time for what should’ve been a slam dunk transaction. If New Rez could clone a few thousand copies of her it would be the number one company in the country.

These bandits recently purchased my loan . I have been charged late payment fees on my load for the last 3 months . My payment was credited from my bank prior to the due date all 3 months. They don't accept electronic transfers from banks (online checking), so process those payments weeks early to avoid getting late fees .. maybe a month early, as weeks early apparently still isn't early enough. Something really wrong with this company. I may need to refinance just to get away from this outfit .. BUYERS BEWARE !!!
