I have been utilizing Blessed Blades since 2023 (the year my house was built) for my yard work and haven't had any complaints. On March 4th, Matthew Houston reached out to me, advertising his services for soft washing homes. I asked him was the solution he was going to use was safe for house paint. He replied, "Yes maam your not supposed to soft wash them houses only soft wash with organic chemical that's pet/human/plant friendly is what I use and rinse it off with my sprayer..." I agreed and he completed the service on March 18th and he was paid $185. On the 20th, I asked Matthew Houston which chemicals he used because the paint on my house did not look the same as before he completed the service. It looked like it had chemical blotches from the solution he used. I also noticed spots where it looked like they were bleached. My house is still fairly new so the paint was in pristine condition. I also noticed a spot that looked like a hand was dipped in bleached and placed on the side of my garage. He informed me that he used 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner concentrate. The active ingredient in this product is "Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach)." He did not apologize, and instead informed me he hadn't had any complaints from his other customers and that they would be paying "$300-$400" from somewhere else if they hadn't utilized him. I told him that I understood he hadn't had any issues with his other customers, but that doesn't negate the fact that this is now an issue. He offered to get another bottle to clean but I said no because I didn't want any further damage to my house. He did state "I will get it fixed you know how I roll." I'm very disappointed because he has since ignored my communication and hasn't even offered an apology or a resolution on how he will get it fixed that doesn't include purchasing another bottle.

Jacob and Matt were here today, at my residence and my neighbors, to clean up, cut and trim the overgrowth in our run-off ditches. Once we provided them with an idea what we thought we wanted they took over. We provided no supervision because none was needed. They are extremely professional and justifiably proud of their work. They went far beyond our expectations clearing the ditches and also cut our yards. They did a suburb job. I feel very fortunate and blessed that I chose them to assist me with my landscaping needs. I feel very confident in the future requesting their assistance for helping me with ANY Landscaping or Yard Work. Its a relief, for me, to know to call Blessed Blades Landscaping for all my landscaping needs. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Weed control, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Yard work
