Spencer absolutely saved us from buying a money pit. The description of the house we were purchasing was way off from the truth. We are now looking at another home and we will definitely be getting it inspected by Spencer before purchasing.

We Have used LL Spencer inspections 3 times for new home inspection and 1 time for a pre-drywall inspection, and each time I have had a great experience.
