        I had both a Four Point and a Wind Mitigation. The inspection results were forwarded to an audit team, and not discussed with the homeowner on-site. When the report revealed inconsistencies (the County Real Estate Appraisal lists Gable Hip, and a previous inspection by the same Company back in 2015 indicated a Hip roof structure), the so-called auditing team merely quibbled about the Four Point Inspection not referencing the roof, and challenging the County Appraisal system.

        Excellent customer service. Super fast response. Was able to accommodate my rushed timeline. Got the report back within 24 hours. They did a great job on inspecting my home. He inspected every single inch of this house, climbing on the roof and crawl space underneath the house. Extremely happy and will certainly recommend them, they are extremely professionals. Great Job.
