Awful, awful costumer service, they have no idea what they are doing. There people are no qualified at all.

Worst pharmacy ever! Been without my medication for over 2 months and they have no clue what they’re doing! Every time I call, they say someone will call me back and I’ve yet to receive a call from them. When I tell them that I will stay on the line to complete the survey at the end, they hang up. If you can avoid using them, do it!

Awful!!! I have had three orders with them. Two have arrived late. Frontline customer service representatives are poorly trained, Upper level managers are inaccessible and unable/unwilling to resolve issues. Angry and frustrated!!!

I don't mean to be mean-spirited but today is my last day with Cigna Insurance, which means I no longer have to deal with a credo specialty pharmacy. I had to deal with this pharmacy for about a year and it was always torturous to get my medicine. The staff who answered the phones really seem to need training and maybe better equipment. They often could not find my prescription and would end up having to transfer me about three times per phone call. The people answering the phone seem like they were trying to help me but just were not really able to get in sync with each other and something like a simple refill would turn into a tremendous task. I would not recommend a credo Specialty Pharmacy to anyone.

This company is absolutely horrible!!! in the past 6 months they insulted my doctor telling him that he did not submit prescription . They lied to my insurance company. I would spend 2-3 hours on the phone trying to get my Humira. Their supervisors are clueless and anybody who works for them. It would take my insurance company to call them and be with me on the line to get my medication. This has been going on for more than half a year!!! Every month they tell me the same story. We started suspecting that these people trade expensive medication somewhere else. I have never seen such bad company. Anya Tracy
