Chris P. performed our service and was very professional and informative. He was on time, did his work in a friendly and very competent professional manner. We have used Thigpen for 2 years now for our HVAC service and are well pleased with the value for our money. They also installed a split unit in the garage and did an excellent job. Chris had the most neatly organized work truck that I have ever seen and was a reflection of the quality of his work. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Chris. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great A/C company. Everyone who works there is a pleasure to deal with. From scheduling, to prompt arrival, great repair work, explanations of work and pricing, this is simply the only company I will ever use. I was referred to them years ago and also use their maintenance plan. Yesterday (10/11) we had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Pennewell as our technician. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with in every aspect and kept us completely informed throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend Thigpen to anyone for any type of AC service.
