I’d like to take the time to give credit where it’s due from my experience here at the Jacksonville Hair Cuttery on 103rd street.I originally booked an appointment online for the Fleming Island location however services offered on their website they could not perform due to inadequate supplies & ventilation for a keratin treatment . I was rebooked at this other location within the same day and have nothing but praise for this team here . My hair stylist was Michele who took the time to explain my first time experience in choosing this treatment and what my hair goals and wants were . The total time it took for my desired hair texture ,cut ,blow out and keratin therapy was approximately 5 hours and well worth it to last up to 12 weeks. Michele Rivers took her time ,was gentle on my hair, professional ,clean , and friendly . I walked in ready to chop all my hair off due to manageability and coarseness of my ethnic hair and michelle was able to transform my hair beyond my expectations.I thought my hair was beyond damaged from a at home relaxer I did to my hair 6 months ago and to my surprise ,Michele restored it. I will be returning for follow up care and other services in the future. I would definitely recommend her . Along side my stylist was a woman I believe that goes by the name of Q who was also helpful in assisting with services and a breakdown in explaining how to maintain and upkeep my hair, recommendation of sulfate free products and care on managing my hair . The atmosphere was relaxing and the energy was pleasant : ) You are in good hands at this location .
