I want to start out by saying Calla is awesome!! For 2 years I have been going to her and since then I have NEVER let anyone else touch my hair!! Before her I was hopping from place to place walking out with chop jobs and patchy color!! Calla literally saved my hair ! She does nothing BUT AMAZING CUTTS AND COLOR and will have you walking out like you own the building LOL !! I 100% RECCOMEND HER TO EVERYONE =)

We scheduled an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. Katie told us they were really busy. I explained I had an appointment. She starts explaining that people had made appointments yesterday and said no one could cut my son's hair at our scheduled appt time. I explained I made an appointment online. I was told their online system does not work properly and they've called it in. None of this is my fault and she was extremely nonchalant basically saying "too bad." This is not the first time she's been rude to us. We ended up coming back an hour later so my son could get his hair cut. It was a younger gentleman who cut my son's hair (I did not get his name). This gentleman has cut my son's hair before and he's great. I would have given an additional star just bc he did a great job but Katie's attitude was terrible hence my 1 star. I think a class in customer service would be greatly beneficial to her.
