        I highly recommend Tailored Closet of Jacksonville. I purchased a custom closet setting for the primary bedroom back in 2017. They did a beautiful job and I was extremely happy with their product. Recently, we removed two jewelry drawers because workman were scheduled to be in and out of the closet for electrical work. We were unable to get the drawers back in properly. I called the office thinking I was going to ask for some instruction manual as to how these drawers work. Oh, no, Ms Jackson insisted that they send a technician out to fix/repair the issue. The tech was to be here between 11AM and 1PM. Promptly at 11AM Jamie arrived and fixed our problem, did some re-aligning of the drawers and was gone again in no time. What company does that after so many years without a $100 service fee? I only wish I needed more custom closets in my home. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TAILORED CLOSET! Service: Custom closet design & installation
