Worst experience ordering flowers. Rude customer service. Flowers were not delivered on time. Will never use this service again.

Very, very poor. I placed my order 2 weeks in advance so they would have ample of time to make sure that when the day came, I got what I ordered. The order didn't show up until almost 6:00 pm and was nowhere near close to what I ordered. Definitely not worth $53, it looked like something I could have gotten at wal-mart for $5. I called 4 times to confront them about this and every time they would answer and then immediately hang up the phone. Also when I called to see where my order was because at this point it was already 4:00 pm all they said was " I don't know, it's the driver, should be there any minute." Didn't show up for another 2 hours.

My sister TRIED to surprise me with birthday flowers sent to my Book Club meeting. She was told that they were delivered at 11:30 but there was no one home. Since there were 12 cars at the house, we knew that was not true. She had to keep calling - from Arizona - to find out that they had indeed been delivered - to the wrong house, and by then I had left town for the week so their offer to redeliver didn't help! Instead they offered to deliver an upgraded bouquet to my house when I returned. Finally at 4 pm of that day, flowers arrived. It wasn't anything I couldn't have picked up at Publix! 2 yellow spider mums, 2 red carnations, 2 red roses, 3 yellow alstoemeria stems, 3 purple mum stems and some filler. By the next day, the petals were falling off the mums. And this was the upgraded version! Not happy with this florist.
