I have to shed light on this situation, this Place has 2 employees confirmed with COVID 19 from my source. After hearing about this about 3-4 days ago. I hear that management is not taking this seriously, and not taking CDC Protocol. With that being said, they STILL have employees coming in the office everyday to work in contaminated workspaces which is absolutely not healthy and will put others in danger along with loved ones when they go back home. This Building needs to be closed and at least have employees work from home if they can. I am now in contact CDC and Action News Jax to shed light on this situation. This Place is putting millions of people in danger of getting covid 19 if No action is taken. Awareness begins now and plan is in action!!!!! #SendThemHome

Terrible. They lie. Laid off people saying it was due to production, but we only had been their on the Chase project for 3 months. And most of us was still in the learning curve. I had 7 people whos production was lower than mine. They laid off all the people they managers did not like. Then turned around and hired brand new people. Also, they gave termination letters stating we were laid off due to no fault of out own...its sad. Because I am a single mother with kids to raise, I came to work early everyday and worked hard. Was never written up.

After a 3 month process I was offered a Loss Mitigation manager's position by Digital Risk pending a background check for Wells Fargo. Since I was currently working for Wells Fargo as a contractor I knew there would be no issues with my background. Digital Risk would piece meal me for information like my city and state rather than gathering all the information from me at once. This prolonged the process quite a bit. ***HERE'S WHY YOU WANT TO AVOID DIGITAL RISK*** My offer was rescinded by Digital Risk, my recruiter told me I was ineligible to be re-hired by Wells Fargo, I found that odd since I was currently working there was a good performance record. I checked with Wells Fargo's HR department, they stated I could be employed for any position, it was not Wells that declared me ineligible. I check with my contracting company and found the same results. After Digital Risk sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find out why I was declared ineligible, I found out it was Digital Risk was not allowed me to hire me. That was a contract they had with Wells Fargo. Digital Risk's has a contract with Wells Fargo that states they CANNOT hire current Wells Fargo employees or contractors. My recruiter lied and was highly unprofessional. She knew the first day she had my resume I was working for Wells Fargo, and she should have known her company’s internal hiring policies. Instead she was elusive and tried to blame others for my ineligibility. She could have ended the process immediately upon learning I was with Wells Fargo instead of wasting 3 months of my time. I would be very careful considering this company, they don't appear to be honest and trustworthy.

This is the worst company ever to work for. They do not care about their employees and do not set proper expectations.
