        1st contact frustrated being 3rd dental institution we've had to see to find out another visit that will end in authorization needed or determination, etc. & a month later ... Will end with still no action & so I asked Ebony what would she do if it were her child. Oh well I keep up with my kids hygiene so they have no cavities. 😞 Customer Service skills especially mother to mother .... What! Wow!

        I was completely pleased with the professional and courteous care rendered to me. Dr. Lorraine Polite and her entire team made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I am extremely grateful for my visit and for the smooth manner in which the business transaction was handled. I even received a call from Dr. Polite later in the evening (checking to see how I was doing)...
