Ive been a patient of Dr. McCalls for almost 10 years now and Im always super impressed with the service. Everyone there treats you like family. I recently started Invisalign and its going amazing, my teeth have never looked better. Anytime I ever had a concern it is always answered promptly and with good advice. I recently met Dr. Drew for the first time, and I do have to say, that he is an amazing addition to the team. Cant wait to continue to come here for years to come

Dr McCalls office offered me a 50% off deal normally $6300 for $3000. on Invisalign. All I was looking to do was straighten my upper two teeth and one lower. It took three sets of trays and he still could not get them straight. As well as three different Hygienists. I now have gaps in between my teeth where as prior to I had no gaps for food to fill. Dr McCalls answer was oh Ill just fill in the teeth (make a filling to fill the gaps) why would I want fillings when Im paying for Invisilgn?? I sent a detailed email with no reply. After consulting with another Dentist who specializes in invisilign said I needed to ask for a virtual cchain which will tighten the gaps of the teeth. When I asked Dr McCall about the cchain, he had no idea what I was talking about. Its clear he has limited if any knowledge about invisilign. I asked the office if my plan was comprehensive which means you can order as many trays as needed. Answer was oh yes. Once they transferred the case to the other dentist I find out it is not comprehensive, but the cheapest plan Invisilign offers. I call McCalls office back and ask them whats going on, they say oh your plan says comprehensive, but you didnt pay for that what?? So from the beginning I was lied to about the so called $50% Now Im extremely frustrated, I ask to have Dr McCall call me. His remarks are you missed your appointments, trying to blame me for his inability to straighten my teeth and close the gaps. I wore the trays for a year everyday and even when I couldnt make my appointment from being out of town. As the other dentist quite plainly put it in his 1 star Google review hes just not concerned with taking responsibility, he is more concerned with being a fast talking salesman than about being sure the patient is taken care of.

I have been a patient of Dr. McCalls for quite some time now. In all my years I have never met such a kind and caring doctor! He treats his patients like family. From the moment you walk into the office his staff makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. I have never had to wait for my appointment they take me straight back thats a quality you dont find now days. I would highly recommend Dr. McCall and his amazing team!!!!!

Dr. McCall and his staff are true professionals. They do a great job of explaining things clearly every step of the way - from cleanings and crowns, to insurance and billing. On top of that, I get seen on time. Five stars, no complaints.
