I'm usually not one to write a review whether it's good or bad but I would recommend anybody to aspen dental. I don't like going to the dentist at all but their customer service from beginning to end was amazing. They made me feel calm and comfortable. I just got a root canal done yesterday and had to visit the mandarin location as well and they were just as amazing. Keep up the great work..your outstanding customer services means more then you know especially for the ones who are not a fan of the dentist!

First visit. Impressed by the efficiency and professionalism during the initial check in and x- rays to determine what they had to work on. Clean, well kept, well managed. They reviewed my insurance and told me exactly what the bill would be for a molar crown repair. Will know more tomorrow, but impressed at this point.

Staff was pleasant, courteous and informative. Environment was clean and the tools were sterilized. They were easy-to-work with and had several dental plans to work from available to you based on work needed. If you are able to get insurance might want to get it, your mouth can be an expensive investment but so very important!!!

I went to the Jacksonville Orange Park location with a tooth that was bothering me. I was impressed by the amount of time the team took to evaluate & explain everything that need to be done. They were willing to take the time to answer questions & explain everything I did not feel rushed. They focused on my whole mouth & not just problem tooth. I left with a complete treatment plan. If you are looking for a dentist you wont find a better team of dentists, hygienist, dental assistants, & front office staff ready to assist you. I felt like a part of the Aspen family when I left.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist but when I got there I had nothing to worry about. Everyone was super nice, very professional and helpful. They always kept me in the loop at every step so I wasnt shocked at the end. They broke down all pricing so I knew what I was being billed for. Would definitely recommend!
