Greenberg Dental-Orthodontics

Greenberg Dental is a very poorly ran company. They over book appointments. There is always at least an hour wait time. The earliest you can get an appt is four months out and then risk them canceling your appt. without even calling you to let you know. Then you try and reschedule that said appt and guess what....the earliest they can get you in is another four months out. They have horrible communication skills and no customer service at all. I took a poll on Facebook and at least four of my other friends have had the same issues that I have had.

Dr Young and his assistant Linda were FANTASTIC. Both were very professional, took my concerns into consideration, explained the procedure completely and set me at easy. The doctor and his staff (which are all very nice, and travel to different offices) get three stars. The facilities were nasty and receive ZERO stars.
