I had a Living Social deal for a 75 minute massage that I had purchased. I got to the salon and had to wait for 15-20 minutes after my appointment time before I was brought into the massage room. First of all, it was the worst massage I have ever had. The girl that I had was just moving her hands around and not really doing much of anything. It was also really loud in there and I could hear people talking in the next room. They didn't have a light dimmer or anything in the room and it was really bright. Not very relaxing, for sure!! Unfortunately, I purchased a Groupon for 2 mani-pedis before I went to this massage so now I am stuck with it and forced to use it. I called four times to try to set up an appointment, and was told each time that they did not have any appointments for 3 weeks. They also are not open Sunday or Monday, very inconvenient. When I finally was able to make an appointment, they required a credit card just to hold the appointment. Unheard of for a nail salon. I just hope the mani-pedi is better than the massage was. I definitely would NOT recommend this place.
