Sasa and his father Stevo (Built by Father and Son) are amazing. They are the most professional, customer-friendly, detailed-oriented, passionate and genuinely nicest craftsmen I have ever worked with. Period. They built my amazing new pergola in 3 days. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They completed the project on time. They worked with me in making design tweaks during construction. They do the extra little things that others would nickle-and-dime. They care deeply about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of the customer. Sasa, Jimmy and Allen were the BEST!! They do what they say and appreciate the attention to detail that I expected and was not disappointed. It was a fluke that I found this company and so happy I did. The cost was fair and competitive. These three(3) get along as a team. My paver and firepit project was a success and done with care and skill. I thank these young men for the extra seconds, minutes and hours for a job well done! I am very happy with the job done by Build by father&son. I got my dream pergola. The Salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining all aspects of the work needed. The Installers got along well with each other and interacted well with me. They did the job with precision. Quality control follow-up was impressive. Thank you all. I highly recommend this company!

Prior to hiring Built by Father & Son, I spoke to 4 different companies about doing this job over the past year. None of them felt right to me. I saw a Facebook ad for Built by Father & Son and contacted them for an estimate. Sasa came over within a day to do the estimate, and was upbeat and enthusiast about doing the job. I showed him a picture of a pavilion and fireplace I wanted built and he was super excited to build it. His estimate was fair and his time frame worked perfectly for us. We talked a few times before having the plans drawn up to be sure I was getting everything I wanted. The plans came back and were exactly what / was looking for. Sasa and his dad, along with his crew, always showed up on time, always communicated when they would be there and did exactly what they said they would do. They were neat, clean, professional, honest and really cared about what they were doing. Sasa put his heart and soul into the project and I couldn't be happier. It's perfect. I would like to give a BIG SHOUT out to Built by Father and Son!! This team is amazing!! They not only met our expectations for our new driveway but EXCEEDED them. They were super professional from beginning to end. There were no surprises as we were well informed of their progress and each step of the way! Sasa is a great person to work with and his team as well. He has the customers best interest at heart and his passion for a job well done is always his priority! It was refreshing to see a company that values their customers, take pride in what they do and offer excellence in all they do!!!
