E&Y Pavers and Remodeling

We received a fake check for a decal scam in the mail. It's funny actually that think we are stupid. Anyhow the return address for this scam is this business. Authorities will be notified.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! E&Y Pavers is the THE WORST COMPANY you could ever think of patronizing. So please save yourself the time, money & frustration & work with another local paver company. You will not regret it! Their service is horrible to say the least & the professionalism of the employees is a -0 (negative 0). After meeting with several paver company's prior to E&Y I chose to work with E&Y because their salesperson & PM Leonardo who I initially met on July 18th 2017 informed me that their company already had all the pallets of pavers we were looking to install. Therefore, there was no 4-6 week waiting period as there would've been with the other paver companies because the supplier Tremron has a 4-6 week backlog & no other company had the pavers we wanted at that time. E&Y promised the job would start the following week on July 24th 2017 & would only be a 2-3 day job. This was not the case!!! No one showed when they were supposed to, & no one contacted me to let me know why no one showed until July 28th. Leonardo advised the rainy weather had them backed up on another job & that my job had been delayed due to this. However, he promised my install would start August 2nd & this did not happen either. There was delay after delay... Lie after lie stating their workers would show & they didn't. When they finally did show, they came later in the morning towards the early afternoon & left promptly by 4:45, 5 pm. not putting in a full days work. And... Needless to say my project is still half completed & I cannot get the owner & head installer Eduardo on the phone to advise the status of our paver materials that we had to purchase after the initial deposit was made so we could complete our lanai. Just to confirm our order was placed as Eduardo said it'd been, I called Tremron & was informed there was no order for E&Y... Although we'd been informed by Eduardo an order had been placed with Tremron near the end of August. So naturally someone isn't telling the truth & has taken our money & not ordered the materials to complete our install. You cannot imagine how utterly frustrated I am with this company. Their business license should be revoked ASAP!!! They do not know the meaning of what a customer agreement is. E&Y also does not know what communication is because if they did there would not have been long periods of time when no one called to provide an update. And I would not have always been the one initiating the follow up calls. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! If they didn't already have half of our money I would go with another company with no hesitation. If I do not hear from Eduardo or someone on his team by tomorrow EOB, my husband & I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, & Consumer Protection Bureau of the Federal Trade Commission. We will also be filing a lawsuit as well. So PLEASE FUTURE BUYERS DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!!! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE & DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ONE WE DID. YOU'RE WELCOME!!!

Eric was very polite and walked me through all the options that were available for my driveway and patio area. We had several other companies come out and price the same project. E and Y prices beat them hands down. At my age any savings is a blessing and the company sure did that. Thanks guys. Professional results.

Edwardo and his crew were very nice. His prices were excellent along with his work. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Thanks again, great job.
