If you put a tack in the wall plan to spend the cost of replacing the entire wall...... Never heard of such nonsense. I don't mind paying cleaning fees but the Jacksonville branch wants you to rebuild the units.

Make sure to read the contract and I would suggest you only accepting the minimum months and then extend the rental as you need. Because once they figure out they didn't charge you for something then they just add to your bill and NEVER call you to address or inform you. Then a $3000 bill comes in the mail that is due RIGHT THEN. Horrible service as they can not answer a simple question of " How much do I owe to get out of my contract? " it has been 3 weeks and still no not know..

When the client needs to be able to depend and trust the vendor that they are working with, ModSpace has failed to follow through with basic deliverables and followup communication. In times of critical needs, there operational structure and logistics is so fragmented that bottom line management/controls are not to be found.
