Monty Anderson Construction Group

Unfortunately, in 2012,we contracted with Monty Anderson to build our home in Ponce Inlet. Now it is 2016 and we are still trying to obtain a $300K judgement awarded to us for MA's fraudulent, blatant deception, thievery and very poor workmanship. The judge was so outraged by this "builder's" lack of integrity, he also awarded us punitive damages. BTW, he sued us and walked off the job because we asked for accountability of our money and wanted to see paid receipts. He could not do this as he was not paying his subcontractors. Fortunately for us, we caught him in the foundation phase of our house.He and his partner attorney, Daniel Copeland from Jacksonville, have plenty of experience as this was one of many legal suits against him in Florida. All cases are public record in each county that he has done his scamming. This man should not have a builder's license and it looks like that might become a reality for Monty Anderson. Rip off scam. poor quality work, took 18 months and then abained job when only 60% complete 40% over budget. has no idea how to plan budget or execute a construction project
