Michael was professional and his attention to detail was incredible! He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Now, I have never did a review on google, due to the fact I am on my other social media accounts, but since I had a great experience thought I would start now. So here’s my story. I was feeling a lazy the other day and it was a bit too cold for me to step out to wash my car, so I called these two fellas from Top Tier Mobile Detailing over to my house at 10:00am. They pulled into my driveway around 9:50am and said hope you don’t mind us coming early (Huge fan of people being punctual). Now, usually I NEVER agree to let anyone clean my car, due to the fact its something I enjoy and I know I do a great job at (unlike those car washes you drive your car through), but I thought I would give them a chance, since it was cold out, and my baby needed a wash. I own a black 2011 G37 which some say is slammed (too low to the ground) and told them to take care of her. I was worried about the inside was filthy, because I have been playing flag football and was just hopping in the car. There was dirt on the seats and on the carpet. They came and knocked on my door after they were done and I made a joke “it better be clean” and they responded in a joking matter “we just got done mudding hope you don’t mind” (fan of people with a sense of humor). I come out and look at my car, and run to the rims and was in SHOCK!!! (good kind of shock) My rims have like a million holes in them, they are brushed in Spanish gold so it is easy to see dirt on them, but these guys did not miss one hole!! I sometimes get tired of cleaning my rims, so I get every other hole, but these gentlemen killed it. The outside was spotless and I was speechless. In my head I was like hope they did this good on the inside… Guess what they did!! My seats came back to life and they used a new car scent which is still in the air making me reminisce on my first day with this car. I definitely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who loves their car and wants it pampered. Since it is winter I will be back for three-four more washes so I don’t have to freeze outside. Outstanding job gentlemen, keep up the good work and next time I will do before and after pictures, so I can show people how great of job you did. Thank you so much!!
