If you're looking for a certified pre-owned Lincoln with loose, missing, broken part's, tires worn down to the wear bars and defective blistering paint... then you'll be very happy with North Florida Lincoln. I noticed the problems after the first car wash, about a week, but after 6-10 phone calls the dealership told me I put to many miles on the car??? 7-8 trips to the service dept & body shop in 8 mos, no warranty coverage, with an expensive 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty or rental as promised by service agreement & the repairs were defective & shoddy with multiple charges for return service on the same repairs...Good luck, especially if you believe any of their good reviews...

Was supposed to get a tire rotation with oil change. Told me no can do. Told me lug nuts were swollen and needed special service to replace and would cost $300.
Went to OReillys paid $38 with taxes. My friend regular mechanic had no problem loosening and replacing. Did for free.
What would you do?
Be careful. Living up to the dealership reputation. Glad I didnt fall for it.
