I called Alpha Foundations for information on lifting and leveling the pool deck and some other areas related to the concrete walkways around my home.
Everyone I spoke with and worked with was friendly, professional and helpful.
James arrived on time for our inspection and estimate appointment. He had a solution that was minimally disruptive and he was knowledgeable about the process. He thoroughly covered the process and project requirements and answered all of my questions. He was patient, friendly and responsive when I contacted him later with additional questions.
Jake and Chris showed up to do the work. They called ahead to let me know when they expected to be on site and then called to let me know they were on the way.
They were professional, friendly and helpful. Jake explained the process, we walked around the property to discuss key points about the project and he gave me an estimated time to completion. He and Chris checked with me and discussed aspects of the project they thought were noteworthy or thought needed my approval at various stages in the process.
If there was an area I thought needed more attention they discussed it with me and took care of it without hesitation. They cleaned up and left the work areas clear and free of debris.
I'm completely satisfied with the results and could not be happier with my experience with Jake, Chris, James and Alpha Foundations. Services: Concrete leveling, Concrete repairs
