Cassandra was amazing! I called her on a Monday needing lashes by Friday. She explained she was booked up but she would let me know by the evening if she could squeeze me in. She texted me back that night and got me in Thursday morning! Cassandra was super knowledgeable (and funny) and took the time to explain the process and what to expect from the lashes. My lashes look awesome! I will be sending all my girl friends here in the future!

I booked cluster lashes offer for $20 for Groupon and kindly I called to place appointment, she answered and asked me to text her then she will let me about the available times. Well test her my mane and my code and she respond that they are cluster once and they dont hold more that 2 weeks and I will not like them and she dont accept any new client for this kind of work. I was wondering so why the offer on Groupon and why didnt say its not for new client , then I asked how I got refund when she started sending messages about she is have 1600 client and she dont do these single extensions for $20 and waste her time because it takes 3 hours ( so why the offer on Groupon if you dont willing to service it). Her tone was supper disrespectful and sound unprofessional . This was not the whole conversation with her but you still can see what kind of customer service she is providing providing, I had the whole conversation as snap shot and email it to Groupon customers service with my question why should sell offer she doesnt want to serve it. Hello Ma'am, I just called you, my Name is Khalida Jihad And I booked a lashes set application from Groupon and like to make appointment please. My best time is any time on Saturday please or Friday after 4:30 pm if available for you. Please let me know, I look for word to have your service and keep back to fix them every 4 weeks or as you recommended. Thanks again and you can call me Kay These are cluster lashes they last 2-3 weeks a refill is at 1anf a half week is that what u are looking for If I come and show me your my options and can pay the difference and pick the best, when you have a room for me please I am not accepting any new clients on these extensions if you have had the single hair extensions before I'm going to save you a lot of time you will not like these clusters If you don't accepting any new client on these extension so why your offer available on Groupon and booked and paid already. And in this case how I refund my money Ma'am It should say on Groupon that offer only for your already client not for new people First of all that Groupon is for cluster lashes where can you find single hair extensions for $20 It also says call for more information so before you purchased it you could have called me first that's on How you get a refund is you must go back through Groupon I did not sell it to you I just post my business on there I've been at this now for 7 years never had a problem from anyone So when I say I'm not accepting any more clients I mean for the single hair extensions it takes 3 hours to install and I have been doing this for 11 years I just don't understand what's going on here, I don't know what you doing and what you don't doing Ma'am I saw the offer and read you client reviews and was look like a good offer, all I wanted to try your service

11/11/17 cluter lashes purchased from Groupon. she is ghetto asf. She talked loud the entire time she answered her phone multiple times it was just a mess(and I'm from the hood its a time and place for everything) she told me everything that she doesn't do before I even begin getting my eyebrows done. I showed her a picture she said oh I don't do pictures. You may tell me what you want your lashes to look like but that may not be how they may turn out. The lashes look okay, nothing to write home about . one thing that annoyed really annoyed me was I paid with a Groupon and she tried to get $3 from me and told me that was tax/ gratuity on the Groupon. The last time I checked gratuity was optional. That was a bold face she was telling and I knew it so I lied right back and told her that I didn't have any cash on me. I've been using Groupon since 2011 girl bye . Because Groupon takes a percentage of her money what she's trying to do is use that $3 from each customer to accumulate money on the side I don't know who she thought was stupid. I'm out here for work and I may be out here for a while or so and I would never return and I would get my eyelashes done somewhere else. update: i got my lashes done 11/11/17. 10am. 11/14/17 all of the lashes are gone completely gone. no i didnt get them wet, no i didnt sleep on them, no i didnt go to the gym i didnt do anything this was a waste of $ i could've just put on a strip from the beauty supply
