        Everything was great when I scheduled and paid the deposit for Star to braid my daughters hair. Then the day of her appointment everything went downhill from there. She had a client that was a hour late and at the LAST minute she called me and told me she won’t be able to do my daughters hair and school was that coming up Monday. Then she offered to do it free on Tuesday which I was fine with that. Then the appointment was 4:20 pm and she was 30 minutes late. It’s not all about being free, it’s the professionalism I seek when supporting a business and this was very unprofessional. No communication until the last minute is very unprofessional and the tardiness is ridiculous.
