Lagosca African Hair Braiding

This woman had me go all the way to Beach BLVD at 9:30 am then told me she would be late a whole hour, which upset me but I still waited then told me that she wasn't coming at all today I mean how unprofessional can one person be this woman has messed up my entire schedule for today. And the adress on google is not accurate either.

I scheduled an appointment for small knotless braids with this shop. She asked me what time I wanted to get them done so I answered “at 7am” on a Saturday since I had somewhere to go but she laughed and said to come in at 9! When I arrived she was finishing what seemed to be a family member’s hair because the customer did not pay when she was done therefore, my then 9am appointment was pushed back to 10am. Before she started I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she agreed to it. While sitting in the chair the woman took a lunch break, stop to help/converse with her husband and cared for her children off and on. She did not finish my hair until 10 PM! that night. I figured since it was taking so long that she was taking her time putting in the small knotless braids that I asked but to my disappointment they were NOT small and they were NOT knotless. When I complained afterwards she started yelling telling me that she was only one person as if I offended her and still required a $300 payment and told me to take it up with her sister who was the owner. When I got home I looked at my braids and found that all that lady did was braid my natural hair about 1/2 inch and then added a knot to my braid to complete the braid with braiding hair. I called the owner to complain and she explained that it was suppose to be her that did my hair and that her sister didn’t know how to do knotless braids. She then went offer me $50 dollars off my next visit (as if I would ever go back to that shop) or for me to come back in so that she could fix it BUT she made it clear that she wasn’t going to redo my whole head. Her idea of fixing it was to put even bigger braids in my hair and start the braid off with a smaller knot. I’ve had knotless braids done before and they don’t hurt when you’re done... there’s absolutely no tension on the hair when you have real knotless braids in your hair and I had tension. I feel completely feel ripped off because I’ve had knotless braid before and they last a long time I’ve had these in for two weeks and they look a HOT MESS and I need to take them out. They just did whatever they wanted to do and fixed it however she wanted to fix it. Services: Hair extensions, Hair styling
