        This is the worst customer service I have received at this location. I was made to wait without informing me. It seems that they do not have a way to track the appointment.

        I gave them one star because they don’t have an option for 1/2 a star. First they close down the drive throughs (I’m disabled). Then they shorten their hours and now they’re closed on Mondays. Mondays?!? I guarantee once we are done with this current account we will never open another. And I will let everyone i know that y’all cannot handle customer’s needs.

        Worst rude customer service from the same teller whose name was Jessica While depositing she demanded to know where my personal money came from She is only a teller and not the IRS Also non stop interrogating me with personal questions about my life if I'm married and what type of business I own? I didn't know I have to report my personal life to tellers?
