        Lawanda the teller who took care of us this visit and last was extremely rude and unprofessional both times. This branch had no cash in the bank to cash checks which would have been ok (easily travelled to different branch to resolve) but how we were treated by Lawanda will ensure I never recommend Compass bank to anyone. Avoid this branch if you have to do business with Compass!

        The manager, Kye, was so extremely helpful. Not only did she assist with getting my business checking open, she also helped me get the loan I needed to get my business off the ground. When no one else was helpful, Kye helped in a major way! This is where all of my accounts will be moved to! BTW I’ve been with VyStar Credit Union for 15 years and they would not help me the way BBVA Compass has!!! THANK YOU KYE!
