My husband Craig, and I, cannot express how impressed and grateful we are to Giselle and her team at Marks Gray. They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job from our initial meeting, through our in-person interview. We felt their years of experience and compassion at every turn. Giselle and her team Helped me since the first step in my immigration process, from my TN visa and then later helping me to get my Green Card, they were always very helpful and very dedicated submitting documents always reviewing them to the last detail and also following up after with me , also they were always very helpful guiding me trough the process , interviews , what to expect , and making sure that any doubt i had or any question would be answered and explained to me in detail. Had a really bad experience working with Giselle. My entire future is totally affected due to her poor recommendations, poor preparation, and lack of care for client's life. It is hard to talk to Giselle and always had to talk to her assistant who is not sure of the answers most of the time. Giselle didnt seem to care about the client's future as much as she cares about the money. Very overpriced and low professionalism.

I have been working with Giselle Carson and her incredible team for 5 years now! I came to this country initially on a J-1 work visa, thinking I would be here for just a year. Four months in my employer asked if I would like to stay on longer as an employee with the potential to grow within the business. At the time, it was less than a month until H1-B visa applications were due. My employer knew Giselle and contacted her. Giselle and her team worked tirelessly to get everything ready and thankfully my H1-B visa was approved. Since then we have had a successful renewal of my H1-B and are now in the middle of my Green Card adjustment of status process since getting married last year. During my visit to Ireland last year to visit my family I ran into an unexpected issue at the US Embassy in Dublin. My H1-B application was withheld with the potential of my return to the US in major jeopardy. Giselle and her team worked tirelessly and I was extremely thankful after a very stressful period for me and my family I got the approval I needed to get back to the US. The current Green Card process has been a grind too with the current immigration climate but they have never given up and looked at every option to push my application through the system. Thankfully last week we received confirmation of a successful EAD and now we await the final stages of my Green Card approval. I would highly recommend anyone to Giselle Carson and have done on numerous occasions when people have asked me about my experience. Consistent communication and sharing of information has made this a great relationship and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
