My mother had this company come out to assess and hopefully repair her oven. It does not heat up despite the thermostat displaying 350 degree temp. The service person said there is nothing wrong with it and charged her $198. When a thermometer is placed in the oven, it reaches only 150 degrees when the thermostat on the oven reads 350 degrees. She tried calling to discuss this, but did not receive a return call. Clearly they don’t have a problem taking advantage of an elderly woman. Service: Repair cooker / hob / oven

I have used this company several times and am never disappointed! From the initial phone call to schedule a service call until the time the technician is finished they are professional and pleasant. I love the fact that the tech evaluates the problem and develops an estimate as to the extent of the repair needed and the cost of the repair which is then confirmed to me by the office.
