All Done Appliances

We had an appointment 2 days ago, technician called last minute and said their truck broke down so we reschedued for today and no one showed up. My husband called and no one answered, then I called and talked to someone who said they would reach out to the technician (which I'm pretty sure is him) and would call me back, but never did. Terrible.

Rude. I called to ask a few questions and he didn't want anything to do with me because I had questions on price and how it worked for estimates. Its 90$ for him to come out and even tell you how much it will be. There was no need to get a rude tone and hang up on a potential customer.

My husband made an appt last week and an hour before appt, we received an email telling us that the technician had a car breakdown and cannot make it. We were asked if we would like to schedule the appt for next day. We agreed for next morning and nobody came. We called the company the next day to see which is the status of our appt and we were advised to send an email We sent another email to ask if the technician is still coming which remained unanswered until present. Very unprofessionally, i do not recommend!!

AMAZING!!! Joe is the best!!! He always takes the time to go above any beyond to do anything he can to help and answer the millions of questions I have. I've had him repair diff things over the years and I would never use anyone else.
