So theres a mix of good and bad reviews here. After my experience, Im positive that for the bad reviews they either didnt follow directions, werent responsive in a timely manNer or were difficult to work with. I was skeptical at first, like many ppl have noted. The program seems too good to be true, and there were a few warning reviews calling them scammers so I was really nervous to work with them. But I was in a situation where I had an old collection from a previous rental, and needed to move my son out of the apartments we were in at the time. So I had to just take the leap of faith. My experience goes like this- I filled out the application online and paid the initial $50 to place my order. The website says someone will get with you within the first 24 hours. The following morning I still hadnt heard from anyone so I was starting to get nervous, but about an hour later they finally called me. The woman I originally worked with, Nadine, was very clear and straightforward about how the process would work, what it would cost, and the steps I would need to follow. I even repeated it all back to her to make sure I understood and she confirmed. I then followed all of the steps on the portal and waited about 2-3 days for my RIN number to be obtained and to be assigned to the case manager that would actually be applying to my units for me. I was assigned to Patrena. She was amazing! She was very responsive and she even did me a favor at one point when I really needed it. I appreciated having her so much. I got approved to my first property in about a week. The program does work. As others have said, its not free or cheap but its worth it. All you have to do is give them information and they do all the rest. I started telling others about it before I had even gotten my approval. For the simple fact that Id never known any company like this to exist prior to now. Its a wonderful feeling to know that its not the end of the world if you have credit or rental history issues. I will likely end up using them again if I still have negative marks on my credit by the time its time to move again. Hoping to stay at my new place for a few years until I can buy a house. The only advice I have is to not make any moves on your own without consulting with your case manager first. I did, not realizing that it could cause issues. So make sure that you stay on the same page with your case manager and allow them to do their job. Have patience and itll all work out.

I don't know about some of those negative reviews some of those people wrote. But I can tell you without a doubt this company is real. They were patient and understood my situation. They took the time to explain how their program worked, and I was surprised that all I had to pay to get started was just $50.00. That was a cheap price to pay to get an approval as fast as I did. Now I will say this, if you are a person who don't trust some of these companies out their. You can trust this company. They put in the work and once I got approved then I paid them the cosigning fee which was the same amount as what my rent is. I was happy to pay it because before using this ways2rent I was getting denied because of my two evictions and living in a airb&B. Don't listen to those negative comments by people on here. This company can help you if you give them a chance. Its not expensive to get started with them so its a fair tradeoff. I got my condo and a roof over my head for me and my kids. I made the right decision using them. Am I defending this company? Yes I Am..Because they are the truth... Thank You Ways2Rent
