Update 04.07.22: I tried to cancel our membership, but somehow I have a contract of 12!Months.This is such a scam and they're trying to give me contact with pages more than my mortgage, gosh. People, this is illegal, especially for people who have English as a second language!I want to cancel this membership because weekends are too packed, plus some nonsense time restrictions for the rides, plus Im moving. I'm definitely going to complain about BBB and Attorney General. This needs to be corrected...Very sad... Zip line and rope course are the only reasons we got platinum membership, but every time we are here, it's closed! And people have to wait.It doesn't make any sense. We are not going to renew our membership for these reasons.I didn't see any time restrictions on the contract.Very disappointing.

We have the highest membership because we went a few times and our kids love it. However, every time we go it's an awful experience with check-in, the bathroom never has soap or paper towels, and it's unsafe. We have to reserve our check-in time online and when you are there is a line for on line reservations. That line is always long and somehow takes just as long as the regular line. Half the people in this line don't know it's for online resv only so when they get to the counter the worker tells them and then they have to go wait in the regular line waiting all over again. They should have a worker yelling out this line is for online reservations only. It happens every single time we go. So of course that customer is frustrated (signs are high above the line but there are signs everywhere). Our first time the online worker told us we had to stand in the regular line so we did then when we got up to the front the worker said we had to go wait in the online resv line. So by then it had been at least 15 minutes and they were very busy. So we went over to the online resv line and waited some more. We were at the front of the line and there was some issue which I guess they couldn't figure out but they weren't telling us anything. They told us to go back into the regular resv line to wait because the computer wasn't working and we told them no. Use another register in the regular line to check us in as online resv. We literally just kept flipping back and forth waiting in the two different lines. It was absolutely awful. The ladies room never has paper towels and half the time they don't have soap. In the handicap stall there isn't even a soap dispenser which I'm pretty sure is a code violation. How would someone in a wheel chair wash their hands then?!?! I ask every time I use the restroom for soap and paper towels (they don't have a air dryer) and the second time going in the worker was putting paper towels in the bottom of the metal dispenser and not in the top where you would normally pull them down from. She said they don't fit in the top and fall through so we put them in the bottom (where normally people would dispose of them there). So the it made sense why there are no paper towels. No one knows those are clean on the bottom because the first person will take some (probably a kid who doesn't know any better) and then throw the used paper towel in the bottom of the metal dispenser making it look like they are used paper towels. So there are clean stacked ones on the bottom of a bunch of crumpled up used ones on top. So silly. Just fix the dispenser or put in an air dryer. The go carts are in such rough shape you can't push the seat back to sit in it and need a worker to help you push hard on each side just to get it to move back. We rode them about 6 times and each double car we got in a worker was helping me push the seat back. They need to be oiled. You have to pull a metal leaver up and hold it up in order to push the seat back (so the parent can sit with the kid), but when the worker release the leaver my kids toes were right where it lands and it slammed on my kids toes causing him to yell and scream a little. My kid has a high pain tolerance so when he yelled I kept asking what's wrong and he was finally able to get it out and explain. The worker literally just walked off, didn't even check on him after he yelled out in pain. Like, what the heck!?!?! Then on the rock climbing wall, both my kids were doing it and the worker is literally watching a 3 year old walking all around the place (INSIDE OF THE GATE)! So literally the worker was trying to keep the toddler from running under the kids who were climbing and then trying to remove belt harnesses and then going back to the toddler running under climbers and moving the toddler out of the way! It was absolutely insane. I've never seen anything like it before. She was so busy with the toddler she wasn't able to get kids out of the harnesses or put a new kid in one. Harnesses were just left everywhere because some kids were just undoing them and then just leaving. This is clearly a MAJOR SAFETY violation. Like where are the managers? Who the heck would approve a worker to watch a toddler while they are supposed to be safely running and operating a ROCK CLIMBING wall!?!?! The stuff we witnessed that day should have shut them down. You can tell an employee about it but the employee just says ok. No matter what you say or point out, they don't care. I get it they are hurting for workers but if you can't operate a trampoline park safely, it shouldn't be open. With the membership we have the kids get a slice of pizza and a side. Every single time we order food it is a crap shoot. Order is wrong, it takes forever or something. This time we got the slices of pizza with chips and popcorn as a side so I asked for a trey. The worker gave me a trey and when setting it down sticky water sloshed off the trey onto the counter and my hand. So they washed the treys with something and never dried them and stacked them so they were all wet with this sticky water. I got napkins and wiped off my hand, tried to wipe of the trey and the counter. It was disgusting and the worker didn't care. I basically said I will do your job and wipe down theses treys if you give me a clean cloth. He then apologized but I said you can't give customers sticky treys where they have to go again to the bathroom just to wash their hands from getting so sticky buying your food. The whole experience was awful! I hate it that we have an annual membership, we will never renew. And are you kidding me that you can't keep this place up for the price of birthday parties there. This is so poorly run it's such a shame because it could be so much more and the best place to go for kids to have fun and get out all the energy they want without the parents hating it. Every time we go it keeps getting worse so I wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down soon due to sanitary and safety violations. Such a shame!
