The staff is amazing! My neighbors are very friendly and I love living here! They are great apartments/studios, also in the best location! 5 min drive to the beach and boardwalk. Next to us we have 2 state outdoor nature parks and also a golf course(not on Eastside property) but it's a quick walk and is open to the public.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

The staff that I have met are kind and helpful. The residents are compassionate and friendly. The facility is clean and a great place to perform and entertain.

I was looking for a living facility for a relative and I knew of Eastside from a few years ago delivering packages to Eastside.
I couldnt believe the beautiful difference as I walked in from the ceilings to the incredible looking floors.
Then I was introduced to Yana which was so informative and gave me a tour.
As we walked throughout all staff was polite and seemed so happy to work there.
Maintenance men were on top of their game.
Then Yana introduced me to Edina which gave me numbers to assist me and mama family.
Edina even called me as a follow up call. WOW
I looked at other places and they were shady to where I felt so uncomfortable, NOT AT EASTSIDE
So thanks so much to Yana and Edina.
