Well, Sean. I’ve read your response to my review. (See review from Jonathan Broughman with photos attached). Your technician at the tome was a 30-40 year old Haitian man who came in the mid afternoon. He came to clean dryer vents- NOT to inspect the A/C as you claim. We only hired two companies at the time, yours and the guy who fixed it for FREE- so there is no mistaking. Your technician I helped moved the vacuum from upstairs to the bottom floor and I specifically remember this because our cat got out. The photos I attached were after the “dryer vent cleaning” that you guys did. Which was not done, he did not inspect the external vents and simply lied about testing the air flow- this is why I felt the need to call YOU directly in the first place expecting my money to be refunded. You state that you’d like to give me a poor review? Feel free to do so, maybe throw in a bit of professionalism while you’re at it. Don’t lie thinking I wouldn’t have anything else to say. It’s a terrible business model. Thank god for the other guy who’s name anyone reading this can find on the top page of the pictures I submitted. At least he was willing to do honest work. I also went up on the roof and watched as the lint was removed. You clearly do not have the impeccable record you claim to have as your reviews prove to anyone reading them. If you have pics- post them! It’s been two years and I still remember this like yesterday. Terrible. Service: Duct and vent cleaning
