Pésima gestión y pésima atención al cliente. Acabo de salir de la tienda Staples Wes Hialeah con la intención de comprar una presilladora y al intentar pagar la cajera me dice que mi tarjeta de Crédito estaba siendo rechazada teniendo un crédito disponible de 000 cifras, le riposte no es mi tarjeta porque el banco me hubiera notificado automáticamente es su lector y coincidio con la hora de cierre; nos vimos obligados a pagar con Débito porque insistieron que era mi tarjeta. Store manager Gabriel was extremely attentive! Unfortunately, due to machine operating issues, the printing on my holiday cards didnt come out as expected. Gabriel made sure the order was perfect before leaving the store. Very fast, professional and human assistance provided. The printing came out beautiful and completed in a very fast timing, considering theres also holiday traffic.
The associate I also spoke to earlier in the day, David, was also very helpful and polite confirming the order would be completed today.
Thank you again Gabriel and David! I love my Hialeah locations (I dont live in Miami-Dade, but will come to this store.) #SweetHomeHiaLEAH

Went to get a couple of documents printed and alrhought the machines were available the two guys over there told me that "because of company policy they have to wait one hour minimum before they can print my two pages document". I told them that pressing the print button will only take them a few seconds but the refused to help. One of th guys was busy checking his phone though.
