      image I'm only giving 1 star because that's the lowest I could give. I'd really rather give them a negative. I had a reservation booked for a few weeks now. Billy the supposed manager called me the day before my reservation to let me know they don't have any vehicles and I can now try the airport location....really the day before??? The rental is now $800 and all he told me to do is handle it myself. I asked as a courtesy if he could call the airport and explain the situation and he hung up on me. I told him i was going to report him and his exact words were...."Good please do"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

      image It I could leave no stars I would front desk was absolutely ridiculous constantly calling my phone and while at work. Charge my card multiple times absolutely disgusting
