      image The ATM at this bank will take your money and not post to your account. Then when you call to try and get it fixed they toss you from department keeping you on phone for hours just to tell you you have to wait until the next morning to speak to someone inside the bank. Next morning went to bank and now theyre telling me it can take up to 45 days to resolve the investigation. I put CASH in the atm and I shouldnt have to wait that long. Very upset with these policies and procedures and will be closing out my BUSINESS account as soon as it is resolved
