If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
This was my first time at a Uni K center and ended up paying $92 for full legs, underarms, and bikini services. I had asked the receptionist when I walked in if there were any discounts and she said I would not only get my bikini service free for being a new customer, but also a 10% discount on top of that for everything else. However, when I went to pay my total was $92 and the supervisor said I was misinformed about the other discounts and could only give me 20% off the full legs service. I even told her that there was still hair all over my legs and that I did not want to pay that amount for less than satisfactory service. She was extremely rude, and simply not accommodating.
Not only was there hair left over everywhere but the wax used was not even hot, and the lady kept plugging and unplugging the wax heater from the wall. She was nice to talk to but only applying powder to dry the area of skin you're waxing is not what I expected. Also the mat was up against the wall and there was alot of debris against the wall of hair and powder and left over wax. I also didn't understand why she had to have the wall fan on high and pointed directly at my body..I was very cold and uncomfortable the whole time. My skin is red and sore from the numerous times she went over the same area with only powder application in between and like I said before not even all the hair was removed!
I have never been in such a low quality waxing place. I tried this place because it was a bit cheaper than Brazil's waxing center but I guess you get what you pay for here: low quality service. I don't think $92 was a justified charge for the horrible first experience, and I wish I could just get my money back at this point, because I can't believe I paid for this kind of treatment and service.
Thanks to Uni K I will now have to shave anyways while also still fighting with the leftover wax stuck to my skin.
Save yourself the trouble, and go to Brazil's, it's so much cleaner and the staff is definitely better trained at their job.

Eh. It was fine. I prefer a more spa feeling in my waxing places. This was antiseptic and medical feeling. It's not a medical procedure; it's a beauty treatment. And I am not sure why one would prefer it to feel like a medical procedure. Though, I am sure some people do.
Olga did my waxing. She was friendly but curt. Not rude, just very business like. No chatting here. Generally, I am pro-no chatting. But this was an awkward silence.
She did a good job, though I did have to pick a few stray strings of wax off my legs. I don't mind, but it's better if you don't have to. I got my lower legs done. Which included toes and knees. And that was nice. It was done well. But it wasn't fun or relaxing, which for me it usually is. Sorry, ladies, it just doesn't hurt me. Talk to me again when I do the bikini line.

I have been to Uni K 4 times. The first 3 times I saw Savannah and she is absolutely fantastic and I definitely recommend her. However, the last time I went Savannah wasn't available so I saw Olga and she was horrible. She was rude the entire time, was very rough, didn't understand what I told her I wanted and she did a terrible job waxing. My eyebrows looked horrible when I left with hairs sticking out. I definitely do not recommend anyone to see Olga. I will return to Uni K but ONLY to see Savannah.

So clean and efficient. Olga is excellent. Definitely the way to go for brazilian waxing.
