Robbie came to repair my jacuzzi type tub. He determined very quickly that the pump wasnt working (rather than the switch which is what I had assumed). But rather than just ordering a new pump, he kept trying to start the pump, and also checked the breaker and the receptacle. He also checked with one of the First Choice owners. He got it to work! Which saved me a lot of money, and then he cleared my sluggish drain for free. I am very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile!

My sisters home showed signs of a slab leak and we were initially told by another company that wed have to wait a month for re-piping. Unfortunately, this led to flooding, exacerbating the situation. We had an unexpected leak outside, with water gushing out. I called the office and Abby very quickly contacted the technician (Robbie) who was here in under an hour and satisfactorily fixed the problem( actually he discovered that there were 2 problems, and he fixed both). This company lives up to its top rated name!
