This place is 'pet friendly' so be prepared to have dogs in the rooms next to you that bark all night and into the morning. I stayed here for 2 weeks and the first week, I was given a room by an outside door that slammed shut every time someone entered. The following week...I requested something more quiet...and was given a room next to or around MULTIPLE dogs. I stopped by the front desk and was told they'd call me with a plan...and received no call. I called the front desk and was told they had no option for me... and that I have to accept that their 'pet friendly'. RIDICULOUS. Will never stay here again and I'll be informing my company, which is a large healthcare provider, not to use this hotel.

My stay in this hotel was really good. The location is great, it's so close to everything. I want to shout out to Xavier and Rehiem for their expectational service, they went over and beyond to get me anything I needed.

Currently here and so upset. To start, there are no ramps or ways to get the luggage carts into any door other than the front however, youre not told this before being directed to drive around the building. The front desk told us someone would meet us around back by our room with a luggage cart and not only did that not happen (not a big deal), you cant get them in anyway unless you want to drive back to the front, load up, and then walk through the entire building all the way to the back. Within being in the room for MAYBE 5 minutes, someone was banging on the floor below us and then the front desk called and said there was a noise complaint. The walls are paper thin. We had literally just walked in the room and was putting my 18 month old son in the bath. I can hear other rooms talking while sitting in the bed as we speak. Next, my son finds a vape pen on the floor next to the bed. Thank god he didnt put it in his mouth before I caught him. There were also paper wrappings from Tylenol on the floor. The pull out sofa was covered in old food. There were no extra blankets so we spent 30 minutes trying to get someone at the front desk to answer. When he finally did, he literally could not have cared less about the fact that a vape pen was found by a toddler. He just said Ill send someone up to get it. No Im so sorry. Nothing. Lastly, there is some kind of sticky stuff ALL OVER the headboard. I had to take a hot rag to it to wipe off. Im grossed out to even sleep in this bed because its clear that the rooms arent cleaned and front desk doesnt care when your kids find used vape pens on the floor. Were Hilton Honors members and I never again will consider staying here.
