Called Monday and they came out Tuesday due to scheduling conflicts, which was no big deal. But then the tech mentioned at least 4-5 things it could be but ultimately said he didnt know what was wrong or how to fix it but that our pressure was high. Said he had to confer with his supervisor and would call me that same night and probably come back out the next day to inspect further. Fast forward to now, Friday, we were still without AC and Mills had not followed up what so ever. I ended up calling a different AC company this morning that came out same day and actually found and fixed the issues on the spot, FREE OF CHARGE. The ironic and kicker is that Mills called me when the different company was leaving after the easy fix and quoted me over $800 to complete a service that could possibly fix it. When I explained the situation to the person who called me from Mills with the quote, he was courteous but offered no explanation and just said hed mention it to Mike, who I assume was the tech that came out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
