Excellent service, very responsive and patient to explain the pricing and all the aspects of the job.I called to request an estimate for the water heater replacement.I spoke to Guy.He patiently explained to me all the details and suitability of various water heaters and installation, and provided me with an honest and competitive price.I spoke with Guy a few times regarding it ,and every time his responsiveness and communication was excellent.I recommended him to my neighbors ,and I intend to use his company in the future.

We've had trouble with our fireplace since it was installed in 2018 (new house build). Turns out it had not been properly setup to use propane and was set up for natural gas. Later In 2018, we had it checked and the propane conversion changes were made (we thought). However, apparently there was one key correction that was an oversight--the burner assembly had not been corrected. The burner air shutter was fully closed when it should be removed entirely for propane. Therefore, for many repairs before, the fireplace kept overheating and melting control, wires, and transformer plug components, requiring a complete replacement part by part of the fireplace. Marco, a new employee to Cape Coral Plumbing came out and had it diagnosed and corrected within a short time. He previously worked for a propane company and he knows his stuff. He adjusted the flame to burn the most efficient and it's working properly for the first time since original installation. THANK YOU MARCO! You were kind, thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! APPRECIATE IT GREATLY!!

I am currently fixing the fourth piece of shoddy plumbing work from when this company plumbed my new house a few years ago. My ice maker feed line coming up through the floor was bent in a tight 180 degree turn to get to the fitting box they installed which finally resulted in the line splitting in the bend from the stress. I had to tear out some drywall to find and fix that. Number three leak was in the same area a few years ago from the cheap plastic ice maker fitting they installed. Number two was the same deal behind the washer from a similar cheap plastic fitting. And finally number one was soon after we moved into the house. In that shoddy bit of work I asked them to connect up to the line I had run myself from the dock to the house shutoff. They puddled the glue in the 3/4 inch coupling, which made it weak and it only lasted a few months. They also charged me like $400 to lay 10 feet of PVC in the ditch I dug for them to make the connection. I would not hire Cape Coral Plumbers, Inc to plumb or fix anything after witnessing firsthand the shoddy work they do and the cheap materials they use.

I recently requested an estimate from Guy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Shawn came out to check where I thought was the leak, he determined we didn't actually have a leak. This company is honest and trustworthy, I'll be contacting them anytime I need repairs.
