I picked up my car and immediately noticed the button on my A/c control was missing. I reported it immediately. Carl Davis the manager looked at it and questioned the detail team in front of me. They said it was there, but then he said the woman didn’t speak English and that she was saying it was like that. He then mentioned that he had surveillance footage however he refuses to provide that to me for review. This business has gone down hill. I have parked with them for years. I noticed a similar review from May. So Mr. Davis MO is to say damage came in like that. Customer care should be better and being called a liar is disgusting.

We were only going to park and fly. Then we noticed detailing. Well, OMG. You all knocked it out of the park. They did an excellent job. Best detailing ever. Thank you.

Easy access; very close to RSW. Pick up 24/7, which is great as our flight came in at 1 am. Very friendly employees too. Our car was already for us with a/c running! Less expensive than parking at the airport long term. Highly recommend!

Simply the best.
Small negative is the short walk from the terminal to the pick up.
