I regret to say that my recent visit to your nail salon left me deeply dissatisfied. While the nail technician I interacted with was pleasant, the quality of workmanship did not meet the standards expected for the price paid.
Upon receiving a prompt on my phone to rate my satisfaction, I marked "no" and was encouraged to call. During the subsequent call, the staff appeared empathetic and invited me to return the following day to address my concerns.
However, upon my return, I found the atmosphere to be uncomfortable and awkward when I explained the issues with my nails. Instead of a proactive resolution, I was met with resistance and felt dismissed when it was suggested that only the original technician could rectify the problem. This left me feeling unheard and disappointed, doubting whether my concerns were taken seriously.
As a customer, I believe in fair and respectful treatment, especially when addressing service shortcomings. The response I received did not align with this expectation and left me questioning the integrity of your salon's customer service.
I sincerely hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and that future customers do not encounter similar experiences.

Nicest place in town to get your nails done, relax and have a drink. Dana always does a great job and takes her time. She is a professional. Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures
