The townhouses are beautiful the people who live in the neighborhood or wonderful the HOA makes this a place you do not want to live. The roofs are filled with mold which they have yet to do anything about regardless of the health issues it poses to the residents who pay the HOA fees. They do not provide enough parking for residents or guests and will tow your car if you park in front of your residence. It takes them 2 years and 2 broken ankles to fix Landscaping issues they had been aware of since the beginning. You are truly nothing but a dollar sign to HOA here fort myers is filled with better neighborhoods who actually do their jobs.

Love our townhouse @ Villa Medici! Great location & 5 miles to the beach! Love the Community & Amenities! I do enjoy my neighbors, however we have some serious issues that need to be addressed by the builder and the HOA is handling those.
Unfortunately I’ve seen a couple of people review here who have lost their deposits. Be sure to understand what happens if you do not qualify for your loan. In a resale contract, you get your earnest money deposit back. With a new construction contract written by the builder, you want to pay close attention to this scenario. If your loan falls through late in the building process the builder may keep the earnest money. Read the fine print! It is always a good idea to get preapproved for any financing before making a deposit!
