Massage therapist Dexter is incredible & his techniques for deep tissue and hot stone are next level! Also Liz is my go to for facials! Shes great!

By far the worst facial I have ever had, the esthetician tried to upsell me before she even looked at my skin then proceeded to try and upsell me on more things in the treatment room which were product, mask, memberships and more. She talked the entire time and didn't seem to know what she was going I did not get a facial that benefited my skin whatsoever and wish I saved my money and went elsewhere.. Upon checking out the front desk staff tried to sell me more things, this was the worse experience I've ever had at a spa I will never return or recommend this place.. save your money and get a treatment elsewhere.

Cynthia is amazing at what she does. Very knowledgeable and gave me a great facial. However, Im giving this location one star because of my experience when paying and leaving on my way. The front desk girl Alyssah was so horrible and rude to me I actually walked out with tears in my eyes. She overcharged me by 130$ and when I kept questioning the cost and price it wasnt adding up. I politely requested she itemize it for me and it still wasnt adding up to the price she gave me. She kept making the rudest comments under her breath and I was like Im just trying to figure this out. She charged me again and I nicely asked if she was sure to which she continued making rude comments. I also did not enjoy my massage so chose not to leave a tip which both desk girls decided to call out in front of the entire store. Ive never been treated so terribly in my life from a store that talks about relaxation. Do better and treat your customers with respect and dignity.
