Placed an order online and my card was charged right away with an immediate notification that my order was being prepared. 20 minutes later, received a notification that my order was nearly done. 30 minutes after that I received a notification that my order was on the way. 15 minutes after that I got a call from the store telling me that they are unable to deliver my order due to staff shortages. They offered me the option to cancel my order ( placed an hour ago) or pick it up myself for a discount. After being repeatedly put on hold, the General Manager who identified himself as Sam finally got on the phone and confirmed that my order had actually been ready and waiting for 30 minutes but they were too busy and just now had the opportunity to get in touch with me. my options were pick it up myself for a discount, wait anADDITIONAL 2 hours for delivery, or cancel the order for a refund.

If anyone is thinking of ordering from Papa Johns and using DoorDash forget about putting a tip before they deliver. Since sometimes they take close to an hour and theyre ice cold. I would simply put no tip, and if they show up on time, give them cash at the door.

Took 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and then they forgot my sauces that I had to pay extra for. And don't trust the papa tracker.

The manager hung up on me 3 times and our pizza said it was delivered and handed to us and it was not. They have terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
