SIXT Rent a Car Fort Lauderdale Downtown

Ive rented from Sixt for years since it started up and used them in Hawaii mostly but never had a problem. Took the usualy video before pick up and that usually sufficed if they had questions with damageUntil I rented from this location. I recieved the car in bad shape. Took a video of every nook of the car including wheels 2 minutes long. I used the car for only 7 hours and my wife stayed with the car the entire time before we returned it because she felt sick. I returned at FLL airport.
I get an email a day later claiming the huge dent on the driver rear door was noticed after i returned it. It was clearly visible on the video and screen shotted to show them. The reflection was on the Sixt lot. Well, even after explaining and offering to show the video, they went ahead and slapped me with the bill without even trying to consider my side. I didnt cause the damage, didnt hit anything nor get into an accident.
Even if I hadnt taken the video, no one at the return location questioned me about the damage. So how do I know these locations employees didnt cause the damage after I dropped it off? The Florida locations definitely has some scummy people working the back so they can get their cars repaired by unsuspecting people.
Avoid this location for Sixt at all costs. Unless you like paying for damage you didnt do.
Update:
Typical generic response. You guys know what youre doing seeing to it that several reviews months before claimed the same thing. Good thing my credit card has rental coverage so theyll handle the rest for me.
Word of advice to renters, use your credit card and file a claim through them. Sixt as a company doesnt do this in whole, apparently this branch does in Florida. They bank on people using credit card renter coverage and claim money on damage the renter didnt do. Always video your car damage before you drive off and review the damage sheet and write every damage you see and give it to the employee. But then even that, theyll still slap you with the claim and blame you. Telling me to email claims is useless as I havent gotten a response. Please dont use this Sixt location.

Never again Sixt USA.
We wanted to get a car from sixt because we know Sixt positively from Germany.
We reserved a car for the location at short notice on the Sixt website. We then went there and wanted to get our car, but we were told that the vehicle didn't exist or wouldn't be there.
We would then be offered a comparable car for twice the price but with fewer seats than we wanted. When we looked for alternatives, it wasn't even possible to have a vehicle for a short time for a day that would have been smaller if in doubt.
The boss and the employee had no desire to contribute to the solution on Sixt's part, but that's where the error came from. Even the hints as to why offers are offered on the Internet that don't even exist are simply "dismissed" and answered with idiotic comments.
This location is highly discouraged.
