I went to tour the society. The garage gate was broken and then the door to let you inside said the intercom wasnt working and to talk to the Conceirge so you have to walk around the garage and out the building. The girl showing me the apartments was nice enough. The apartments themselves were extremely small but I guess your paying for the location and the amenities. The amenities are very beautiful and youre in a great location to walk to so many things so even though there were some red flags I still was highly considering the society. The girl didnt get give me any information to take home though.. and then had told me she would email me all the details we talked about that day but I received nothing. So after a few days I emailed them and asked for the information and never received a response. So I crossed them off my list. But I will say one of the better apartment amenities I saw and a nice views. I went to tour the society. If you are thinking of renting from Soceity the only thing I can say is RUN! I lived here for 15 months and that was about 14 months too long. While living here the building was consistently trashed by other residents, pool was closed for 7 of the months, the parking gate was always broken, cars were consistently broken into as well as apartments. The hotel opening made things 20 times worse and they guaranteed that only floors 3-10 had hotel guests ans they could only access the pool level. I consistently saw guests with hotel keys going up to my level as well as other levels far above the pool. People where evicted from the builng what seemed like everyday, I had over a dozen missing packages, and disturbances almost daily. After I finally moved out in April 2022 they failed to inform me that I had a remaining balance a balance which was supposed to be covered by the Jetty insurance bond they offered. Instead of filing a claim they directly sent my account to a collection company that negatively reports to your credit regardless if you pay your balance or not. Depends what are you looking for to stay here. Amenities are amazing. This place used to be one of the best places to live in the town, but not anymore with the new company. They are very greedy and unprofessional. Trying to take as much money from anyone anytime. Be careful before moving in here. You need to get used to hear all the noises, the train from one side and the Wharf from the other side. Full of young crowds and elevators taking forever in the morning.
